What is Ignite?

Ignite is a student-led fundraising competition that gives UConn student organizations the opportunity to raise money for programs, projects, and experiences that are important to their members and communities. During the three-week campaign, Ignite brings the UConn community together to support student organizations and the work they do.

How Your Support Makes an Impact

Your donation helps EWB-UConn continue our work designing and implementing sustainable engineering solutions in partnership with communities around the world.

Funds raised through Ignite help support:

• International Project Work and Implementation Trips
• Engineering Materials and Project Supplies
• Community Outreach and Project Development
• Professional Development and Student Opportunities

These experiences allow UConn students to take the knowledge and skills they learn in the classroom and apply them to real-world engineering challenges. Through our projects, members develop technical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while working alongside community partners.
